I have been a customer of Freecharge for 2 years now. Everything was smooth until, I contacted them for a problem. Ticket ID 3974394 & 3974395. I wanted to update my email id or delete the account and create a fresh one. I never thought a successful start up would have such a crazy customer service team. Horrible customer service experience.

Don’t care a damn about your problems or don’t read emails, just keep pasting standard responses
Longer Turn around time.
No way to contact them except for email. Email team, doesn’t know what they are doing!
