Freecharge is a fraud company whenever a recharge fail during the transaction process it did not refund money to the customer neither they respond to your email. whenver you send a complaint regarding thier refund of money they issued a stupid ticket number I have lost my precious 475 rupees with this company also they dnt have any toll free number this is a very bad company I will never work or recomend this company to anyone in the near future.
