->I am using this website specially for online recharging and send money to to friends, it was a good website before 8 months as it was providing good cashback offers to everyone in a week, but now this website is not provide any cashback offers in this review I am going to share some personal experience on this website.
->Service and support of this website is not so good no contact customer care number, but they respond to only through mail, once I made a recharge from this website and the status in the website is showed as recharge successfull but I did not get the recharge and so I mailed the customer support center of this website and and with in 1 day they refunded the amount to the freecharge wallet
->This in information depth of this website is not so good as they do not provide every recharge plans available for particular operator once I tried to recharge my number with a unlimited pack which is available in local mobile shops but this website showed that plan does not exists and showed a wrong information about the pack provided by operator.
->Content available in this website is good we can recharge a particular number of any mobile number of any mobile operator, pay online send money also they have now provided the online debit card nice feature for this cash less movement.
->Not a user friendly website because it gives cashback offers only for the new users they completly forget about the old users, they reduce the cash back offers of the user day by day and when the users permanently they completly stop sending cashback to us(old users)
->This website takes very less time to load, it will load quickly but few occations it does not shows the balance, says to sign in again after signing in for the second time it works fine but no use of it we are getting sign in otp late.
->Transation speed is quit impressive because of its speed auto otp enter and so on in low net speed that make us very happy.
->So overall this website is good to use for one to two months because of cashback issue they do not give cashback offers even for a month.
