This is with regards to Freecultr company. I had ordered 4 t-shirts out of which 1 t shirt which I received was defective piece and exercise the return of the same. I had a chat with one of their executive and he told me that my rupees will be credited into my account within 3 days.
However, the same did not happened and when I called to customer care he told me that there is some technical glitch. I want the credits to get credited asap so that I can order a new T-shirt as they are not giving me back my money. This is the 3rd instance, out of 3 instances, where I had received a wrong product and had experienced disappointment from Freecultr. Every time I think that they will learn from their mistakes but they are best in being delinquent in their work. Now I had understood that these guys are there to cheat the customers and not to provide services to them.
Please count their delivery time in months if not days and that too after 10-15 follow ups.
PLEASE NEVER EVER BUY T-SHIRT FRON FREECULTR.
