Worst Experience with Freeculture

I have placed an order(order no: 1198288) on 7th of October and after 3-4 call folllow us you guys said that you will delivery my order before 22nd October because as I told you guys that I will not be in my city from 23rd Oct till 2nd Nov.


As per your delivery partners website order has been delivered to my address on 23rd Oct, which I didn’t got as I was not in the city.


I called Freecultr support on 3rd Nov and told them about that and now you guys are saying you need 7 days to arrange proof of delivery. This is bullshit, it will take hardly few hours for that. You guys are damn slow than even the government employees.


What will I do with proof of delivery, I need my product to be delivered too me. Your delivery partner should have called me before delivering it to anybody.


Most frustrating experience ever. Its almost 1 month and still I didn’t received the order.


With no regards, only frustration.

Update: 25-11-2014


Finally they accepted their mistake and refunded my money and also sent me the same product free of cost to me. Tanks Freecultr.
