Had a Terrrible Experience shopping @ Freecultr

Bought a product, almost 2 Months Back(24th Sept) .Didnt Like it so Returned
They definitely were upto their words and arranged for Pickup of the Product .
But what they don’t write is their tall claim is when your money will be refunded. Its 2 Months and have written atleast 5 Mails but no positive sign
