From so many Years We are using sunflower oil in our home.My mother use to purchase only sunflower oil.At first we use to purchase oil packets later on we are purchasing Sunflower oil can.we will cook daily with that oil only and we will cook Heavy items like sweets & hots in functions with this oil only.
