I have registered myself 6months ago on freelancer and experience is really so bad.
Service & support-
Freelancer is a website portal where anyone can work online as per their skills but if I will talk
About service & suppory of this portal then really it is very bad.
Freelancer always use to email you regarding newsletter or notification but they nevwr focus on questions or help which has been putted by user.
Many times I also tried to contact in all given ways but there was no response.
Information Depth & Content-
Welcome page managed by them perfectly but once you will move out from welcome page then you will have the many options of to create bid or select project or work or hire but visitor will be totally confused incase he is visiting 1st time as freelancer has not instructed you in any part of their website that what you required yo do actually and how.
Freelancer need tp update their content and information to make this easier for everyone.
User Friendly & Time to load-
Yes obviously it is a famous portal so it will be user friendly and also compatible in the term of time to load.
But freelancer should focus more on uaer friendly features.
My views-
I have registered long time ago and I have never got a signle work as this is a bidding platform and I always faced a very big bidders audience and high rated worker.
Freelancer & Project owners always look for high rated bidders but freelancer never thought that how should new visitor get rating if he is not getting any work.
