This product is great WHEN IT WORKS! I find that more often than not my video will get to the 50% mark and freeze. It hesistates for several minutes and pops up a "downloading error" message. A few times it works beautifully, I’m looking fervently for another program that I can afford to purchase if I can’t get this cleared up soon.
