I visited Fresh Choice bakery, Siripuram on 7-7-2019. Food is okok. But had a very tiring and frustrating experience.
Service is very slow. One of the orders was pizza. Though there were not many ppl, he took more than 30 mins to get the order.
Had ordered coffee. He gave the coffee first before any other order came. We drink coffee after the food, so neither could we drink the coffee nor keep it till the food comes as it’ll get cold. At least they should ask during billing when the coffee should be given - before or after food.
Had ordered paneer roll. Waited for 30 mins. Then when the pizza came he said you needn’t wait for paneer roll , ask in billing counter they will give immediately. So frustrating. Why couldn’t this be told at the billing counter during billing? Made me wait unnecessarily for more than 30 mins!
The token no. is displayed in a counter which is placed in such a position that it isn’t visible from any table. The announcement vol is so low it can’t be heard. So you have to keep getting up whenever you see an order ready with them to see if it’s yours.
They have placed whole wheat cakes, millet cakes for sample at a table for customers to taste. And none of them know if it is eggless. Really?! If you don’t know what your product contains who does?!
Food and ambience is average. With the above experience I am not going to visit fresh choice for a long time.
