Sub standard quality with shoddy customer service

Apart from sub standard quality, freshtohome packaging is in a manner where it ends up selling off less premium pieces like head and tail of fishes in packages and has less than proportionate premium pieces. I have ordered a large fish and ended up with 2 full heads i.e.4 head pieces and the premium pieces were missing! Their customer does not respond despite multiple follow up and then ignore. Moreover, the responses received by me so far makes me wonder how genuine are their claims. All in all, not worth the money and effort!
