When we started off some 5 years ago, it was all hunky dory, especially the fresh meat. Of late, the quality has deteriorated. Now they are aggressively promoting ready-to-cook items. Often of doubtful quality, not even sure how fresh these are. In the past month alone, we’ve had 2-3 cases of food poisoning. In Summer, special care is to be taken while packaging which doesn’t seem to be the case. They call up to apologize and return the money spent, but who takes the responsibility for hospitalization, medicines, office time lost, and medical leave? One of the few sites I believed in earlier but thoroughly disappointed with of late. Scaled up too fast without adequate due diligence on delivery partners, the common story with all food delivery apps. At least learn from others’ mistakes.
