This is very unprofessional conduct. Three pieces were ordered the day before and were scheduled to be shipped between 7 and 11 p.m. I made a payment through the internet. Just one thing was delivered. They told me they could only distribute in the evening when I called them. In the evening, I had a get-together. When will I start marinating and when will I start cooking? Later, they told me that they were out of stock. Then why did you accept the order? This is unethical. The most unprofessional firm. I was able to get the items in 90 minutes thanks to licious. Please consider your options before ordering fresh to your house. They will put you under a lot of pressure.
Customer service is atrocious. The product standard is subpar, and there is no adequate customer support. FTH team will raise the price after the order is placed, and the discrepancy will be deducted without customs permission. FTH team can label the item as shipped and subtract money from wallet if the item is not delivered. After youve transferred money to your FTH wallet, you wont be able to reverse it. There is no option for substitution, return, or repayment. The delivery crew is a cheat and a liar, and the FTH squad just supports them. Dont fall into the free shipping trap; youll just lose money if you put large orders with FTH on a regular basis.
