Forced to cancel order and no refunds

I had ordered fish on Sep 7th on this portal, utilizing net banking. Even though I got a confirmation mail from Razorpay indicating successful payment, I got a call on the next day from Fresh To Home stating that my payment is not complete, and I have to cancel the order. Even though I forwarded the mail I received from Razorpay confirming the receipt of payment, I was told that they cannot help. I cancelled the order with the confirmation that I will get the refund in 7 days time. Its 17 days and I have not yet got any refund. When I checked with Razorpay I got the response to talk to my banks relationship manager.


Be aware of this Fraud and keep away from Fresh To Home.
