Worst customer service

I’ve been ordering non veg from Fresh to home for quite sometime...I have already faced issues twice but somehow I’ve ordered again today...the order was supposed to be express delivery in 90 minutes and even after 2.5 hours, there is no response at all. When I called the customer support, they openly told me that they couldn’t contact the team, how vague and stupid answer. Then one manager called me from +91824769XXXX and he told me that order will be delivered in 15 more minutes. I’ve been calling him from 1 hour and he doesn’t even pick the calls...they don’t proper customer service and the manager is pure aggressive . He was hanging up the call without even listening to the customer. I would never order from Fresh to home again.
