My first and second last experience was very bad with fresh menu(FM) What they show in app and what they deliver are totally different.
Though my first order was refunded in FM wallet but the same was repeated in second order. First the delivery address got changed by the app and food was on the way to some diff address, secondly, the kitchen team cancelled the order without notifying as and when they came to know that address is not correct(auto address change is app fault), thirdly I have to gone through customer care for replacing the same order which I received post 35 minutes that too with half portion taken away in transit somewhere.

FM looses its one customer.
