Freshsales has a decent interface, but the customization options are quite limited. For a CRM, flexibility is key, and Freshsales falls short in this area. Its frustrating not being able to tailor the software to fit our specific needs. The workflows are rigidrigid, and many fields are non-editable which hampers our productivity. The biggest issue with the Freshsales is their customer support. Whenever we encountered issuesissues, it took ages to get a response, and when we diddid, the support was often unhelpful or generic. For a CRM that claims to be user friendly the lack of responsive customer support is a major downside. It feels like we are on our own when things goes wrong.
