Today I want to review a regarding fresh to home come. Actually freshtohome is online indian Non-veg merchant. so I want to share review regarding my Horrible experience. I was in Delhi on that day in my aunty house.so we plan to eat non veg on that day. we search in internet so we are searching lot of sites but we are reading a lot of positive review regarding freshtohome.so we order premiumGoat -Boneless curry cut 1 kg which cost us 940 rupees as they given 60 rupees discount.There is message display that it will delivered within 2 hour. We order it after noon 1:30pm but it will not reached till there is 5 pm. So I call their customer care and complaint about not to get our order so they take us order number and check status that you will get your product within 15 minutes.They claim india no 1 fresh meat and fish express delivery 2 hour such a pathetic delivery service.so when we get our order when we open it I can’t believe it is rotten an unhygienic smell is coming out of it.Really very pathetic packing.we instantly throw .It is very impossible to bear its unhygienic smell.So it is very horrible experience from this website first time. So I can call their customer care about such these types of pathetic service your are provide to customer.They say one word version easily sorry. I don’t know how they exist in this bussiness . They are just here to give lucrative discount offer to get more customers. So don’t purchase anything there is lot of other good non veg websites rather than this site. pathetic site
