Hi, I wanted to share my personal opinion about Freshtohome.com today.
I’m fond of fish and squid. Usually I buy fish from market but one of my friend insisted me to buy fish from this app. It was the first time I every ordered fish via online. I received fish in very worst condition and it was totally stinking. I never thought that I will receive the package in such a bad condition after ordering it by reading the all the good reviews. I hope nobody would have had this worst experience ever. I immediately contacted the customer service but they call went unanswered. this was ridiculous and I was totally helpless.
Hence I recommend not to buy anything from them and definitely you guys will get cheated.
