Wrong item delivery

I had ordered,




  1. Kolkata Tengra but Singada Fish was delivered.




If item was not available it should have been cancelled rather delivering wrong item.




  1. Ruhi whole cleaned descaled. But unscaled uncleaned fish was delivered.




This has raised major quality issues.
