I was very angry when I came to know that my favorite soap “The Bold And Beautiful was replaced by a stupid serial called Friends. I was damn angry, as I had recently got Star World and the main reason for me to get it, so that I could watch B&B but it was replaced. So, I thought I’d give it a try and in a week I was addicted to it.
Friends is about six friends where we have Rachel Green who ran away from her marriage and came to her high school friend Monica Geller. Rachel becomes a waitress in Central Perk(which is their usual hangin out place) and later joins the fashion world. Monica is a cook and an invites Rachel to live with her .She has a specialty for falling in love with men that are too old or too young.
Across the hall, we have Chandler Bing and we just know that he has something to do with processing in his big company, his love life doesn’t exist and his biggest problem is to break up with any girl. Chandler’s room mate Joey who is an actor and is the biggest flirt I have ever seen and is famous for his line “hey, how u doin?” and any girl will fall for him. Monica’ s brother, Ross is a divorcee from a lesbian and he has a very cute son, Ben. He is a paleontologist and is crazy about Dinosaurs. And at last, we have Phoebe Buffey who works in a massage parlor and loves to sing and is famous for her “smelly cat “ and “crazy underwear” and I love all those songs.
They are fall famous for one thing or another. Rachel is famous for her hair; her figure and all the guys are crazy about her. Monica is known for her cleanliness, her smile and everything about her. Phoebe is known as the Smelly Cat and her stupid questions and the weirdest thing is that she doesn’t believe in Gravity and Evolution that irritates Ross a lot.
Chandler is the best comedian I have ever seen and he is Cho chweet.
Joey ‘s fav food is sandwiches and doesn’t believe that there is a place called Netherlands and is crazy about his performance as a nuero surgeon in “The Days of Our Lives ”.
The best features are the dialogues such as “Ohh My God”, “The Blue Danube Waltz” and the title song by the “The Remembrands”.
It comes on Star world at 8:30 at weeknights and at weekends on Zee English. Its been repeating on Star but still I am watching it for the fourth time and I am not bored as I don’t have Zee so I don’t know what’s happening, does anyone mind telling me???????
