Well this is a horror movie, and I am writing this movie for someone who just loves reading my horror movies lol. So you know who you are, and this one is for you! I hope it’s spookayyyyyyy enough for you
Introduction This movie is about Vampires; the movie does however start out a little slow at first, but picks up fast and then never ends. George Clooney is in this movie and that is one reason why I rented it. Robert Rodriguez directs the movie, the movie is considered to be a horror/action/comedy/thriller. It has all those parts throughout the movie. I did laugh in a few spots, and the action is non-stop and the horror is awesome when you see how these Vampires look. I do however suggest that you watch it alone that gives you a better affect. Also watch it at night with no lights on in the house, and it’s not suitable for younger children.
From Dusk Till Dawn
The movie begins with two brothers Seth and Richard who just robbed a bank and now they need to escape to Mexico were they will met up with an associate of theirs and pay off the kingpin and be home free, They are to met with him at a local strip bar in Mexico called Dusk till Dawn, and all they have to do is stay alive from Dusk till Dawn and they will be rich and home free. The two brothers take hostage a family at gunpoint, the man is a minister that has lost his faith, and he has two children a boy and a girl. Once taken hostage the old man drives the two criminals to Mexico, but right before they enter they are checked out by the police looking for the two men. So Seth (George Clooney) and his brother hide in the bathroom of the RV. They also put the young girl in with them and she pretends she is going to the bathroom. All works out and now they are on their way to the strip bar.
Once inside the strip bar all hell will soon break lose. As soon as it gets dusk out the mystery behind the movie will begin. At first you don’t even realize that this movie is a horror movie because of the way the first 30 minutes or so go. Instead you would think that the movie was going to be about a gunfight and kidnapping and robbery, but that will all change once the lights go out in Mexico. The two brothers end up in some sort of fight with the bar’s patrons and the bar tender has to break things up. So now they all decided they better get comfortable and wait until Dawn for their associate to arrive. During this time the 5 of them sit down at a long table together, they start ordering up drinks of whiskey, now George also orders for the Minister and his children. The minister doesn’t like that his children are drinking but George said it was ok for them to do so. All of a sudden out comes this wonderful beautiful sexy looking woman. She is doing a dance on the table that they are sitting at. (Yes men there are nudity in this movie). Richard starts dreaming of being with this lady and she keeps stripping for them. Then the fun begins, all of a sudden the women and the employers start turning into Vampires and attacking the people there. Seth and Richard use their guns to kill the Vampires, but there are too many to take on. The bikers of the bar who were there also start fighting off the Vampires, but it isn’t helping either. To many women Vampires to kill, so what are they going to do? During the fighting Seth ends up losing his brother to one of the Vampires. One bad thing was once bitten by a Vampire you are then considered to be one, so Richard ends up turning into a Vampire and Seth ends up having to kill his own brother. This was hard for him to do, but he knew he had no other choice. George and the family end up going into a room and closing the door. They check to make sure that no one else was bitten. Now they needed to figure out some ways of killing off these blood-sucking freaks. They came up with a cool way one of them got a gun and some wood and made a cross and attacked the gun to it. You all know that Vampires hate to look at a cross. They then blessed some water and made it into Holy Water and filled them up with water guns and other things. They took wood and made wooden stakes to kill off the bloodsuckers. Now they were ready for some serious Vampire b-utt kicking.
Conclusion
I will stop there, guess you don’t need to know who else ends up getting bit by the Vampires, but I will say it is a great surprise, in fact I didn’t suspect those who did get bitten to die or be chosen. I will however give you a hint there was only 2 who end up making it out of their alive and surviving from Dusk till Dawn, now you can either guess who they were or rent the movie soon and watch for yourself. Let me tell you that the Vampires really do some b-utt kicking on their own too in the movie, and you will see Vampires blown up, stakes in their heart, body parts being decapitated and lots more. Yes the blood really does flow in this movie and not just in the Vampires mouth either. The end is real cool once they are out of the bar and ready to leave you will see behind the bar that it was built on the edge of a big cliff and down below the cliff you could see many upon many different types of cars, trucks, and 18 wheelers and along with those you will see bikes from bikers. This was a bar that others came too once and never left, so they took the car and destroyed them so that no one knew about the place. So next time you enter a bar or strip joint, make sure its one that you know, cause you don’t want to encounter any scary freaky Vampires like George and the rest did. (Sometimes thought when you are in a bar and had a little to much to drink women and men might sometimes turn into Vampires or look like one :) so don’t drink to much so you always know what you are talking too or going home with)
