We purchased Whirlpool White Magic Pro 720h, from Total Mall on Sarjapur Road, Bangalore. after a Year, it started giving trouble, service person says, it has only one year warranty and charges 350rs per each visit, After 3 Visits, He finally said PCB is at fault and needs replacement, which costme 3760+350 Rs
After 6 Months, The problem started again, the machine just stops and gives a beep sound halfway, while running.Again PCB replaced it for Around 4K. Its been 6 months now, again same issue arised and the engineer gave the same solution.
I have following questions
1) When others are providing 10 years(LG), 4 Years(IFB), why did we get only one year warranty?
2) There is definitely something wrong with the machine. That is why, we have PCB Issues frequently.Are we getting Quality product and Value for money from the Worlds Best Home appliance company?
3) Regarding Spares.Do you pre programed spares that fail soon after warranty expires(Sorry to Say this.but in my case it happened Thrice).
4) Are we getting Genuine Spares?
5) Is Your Technician trained to troubleshoot the issue, instead of replacing the Parts?
-I Do not Need Answers from you people. I will be happy, if at least one person think before buying your Products.
I have almost wasted 35K of my hard earned Money.
