Had purchased a LG Fully automatic washing machine on 15th Aug 2010. Its not yet installed. Tried calling LG customer care officer several times but in vain. Can someone senior resolve this issue of mine.
This is least expected from a co like LG, which has hired some useless vendors in the name of "service". The LG people are not interacting as I had some complaints and they are aware of the same. Had spoken to the service center when they had picked up the phone once, then they stopped receiving my calls.
If a customer wants to give a feedback the company backs out which is quite surprising.
