I bought a 7 kg Siemens washing machine just 2 months before, We were very convinced about the product and its features. Its wash quality is good, but in the past two months the machine has teared the costly pants and shirts of my husband.
We already complained, but it was closed after not being able to reproduce the issue. We are also getting weird sounds when the drum rotates.So stay away from this costly investment. I will keep the forum posted about the next proceeding.

after diligent follow up, they replaced the machine and it is going good until now. Although in few instances it does end up in holes in tshirts. But here I am not able to judge whether it is cloth’s quality issue or due to machine. As on today I am very happy with the product and washing quality
