I brought Samsung front load washing machine (model WF8558NMW8/XTL) Dec 18, 2011. Within one month the latch of the front door is broken. I raised a complaint on Jan 23, 2012. 3 weeks passed by and problem is not resolved. I need to follow continuously with customer care and service center representatives to find the status, and response is "sorry sir, we understand your problem and get back to you in 1 hour" but none of them calls back.
After continuous followup for 2 weeks they are finally saying that door part is not available and will do a replacement with in a week. 1 week has passed by and now Samsung is asking for one more week to do the replacement, which I doubt will happen, as for past 3 weeks Samsung has been asking for 1 more week to resolve the problem.
In spite of reading negative reviews about Samsung washing machine and customer support on web, I still went ahead and brought Samsung washing machine and now im repenting for not listening to the peoples advice on the web not to buy Samsung machine.
