Only thing that I would like to highlight is, it requires 4 AA size rechargable cells. So be prepared when you take it on trips / tour!
Did a lot of research. Wanted a camera within 10K with max optical zoom and high resoultion. Scanned through various models including Sony, Olympus and Kodak. Also compared all prices across the countries and found out that Indian prices (eBay) for this model were in line with world prices.
Also wanted to highlight that this camera is very user friendly so that your spouse / kid can also operate. My wife and daughter (7 yrs) were able to click with ease.
In last weekend trip I have clicked more that 200 snaps.The image quality is very good. I would certainly recommend it.
