The waste company in the world. Providing very very bad customer support. I had purchased one Fujifilm camera, within 24hrs it stopped the working.....from that day onwards I am waiting for my camera......now one month is over......
Still also I am waiting if you are thinking to buy a new camera, please dont go through Fujifilm.. I am telling this things from my experience.....
Waste Product. On 15th December 2007, I brought a new Fujifilm FinePix A610 model digital camera.
Because of the quality of the product (or some other reason), within 24hrs it stopped the work. By luck I was able to take less than 20 photos.
Next day itself (17thDecember 2007) I have submitted this camera to the Fujifilm authorised service partner (eSys Information Technologies Ltd, Bangalore.). That day they told to me that within three days they will replace this camera with a new one.
From that day onwards I am waiting for my camera.
On 21st December I had spoke to Mr.Jagadeesh(Fujifilm service Partner, Bangalore), then I came to know that the camera is not ready. Then I spoke to Mr.Manish from Fujifilm Cooperate office New Delhi. That time he told to me that within 10 days I will get new camera and he arranged a camera as standby. As they know this standby camera is not functioning properly. Zoom is not working; Picture clarity is very very poor.
After 17 days from 17th December 2007, I called Mr.Jagadeesh & Mr.Manish. But I haven ?t got any proper answer or behaviour.
Today also I spoke to Mr.Jagadeesh & Mr.Manish. During the conversation to Mr.Manish told my camera is sending, if you want you can collect or …….(not telling any date or time, that means may be today, tomorrow or next month….. like)
I spend seven thousand for your product, and then I am getting this kind of replay from your people. More over one thing I understood from your staff that Mr.Manish also not believing the quality of Fujifilm Products. Never I faced this kind of issues with any other company.
