I have purchased a 2 ton split AC in Mumbai on 15th September. within 5 days the blower and fan started making tremendous noise. There was very slow cooling. it was almost like no cooling. after complaints, totally illiterate and novice technicians came. Then another and then another. Now I’m getting a reply that we may at the most repair the part.
Even when in warranty, it would not be replaced.
That also, we will decide and tell.
Then all replies stopped coming.
I have been ditched and cheated.
I am planning to go legal. This is for information and warning to everyone.
