Dear Friends, Dont Try to purchase Fujistu Products because of worst customer care and products. Recently I have purchased Fujitsu LIFEBOOK A555 from one of the online store buy seeing price and configuration. That was the my mistake bought a product without knowing about customer care. I have checked the warranty on online but it shows the product warranty was already 4 months over. I have tried to call customer care toll free 18001023457 / 08001008917. These numbers are not working. Then I called all India fujitsu customer care 01244705100. One lady was answered very arrogantly.
I was shocked I had called to a Fujitsu or a fish market. How can You buy a product from such a worst customer care and worst responsibility with having proper call number. Then review about the product Fujitsu A555 Lifebook The brightness was dull and details were merging as compared to my 6 years old laptop(lenovo y550). The Fujitsu has provided 2pin power adapter without earth. Whenever we working with power connected I am getting little shock and I was surprised for German Tag with their quality. They are cheating with German Tag.
