FundsIndia.com is as good as yet another dotcom company selling some financial stuff.
However, the moment there is a need of customer support, their real caliber gets exposed. Here are few details.
Pathetic customer support. They will never give any correct answer.
No estimation ever given for any issue resolution. E.g. We have received your KYC documents on this date and we are processing. No Estimate. Nothing given.
Reactive email-communication.(Except for spam kind of emails). E.g. during last week of Jun 2014, I was trying to purchase some units of MF, and I started getting error related with KYC. On contacting Customer support, they told me KYC has to be updated.
They don’t have any process for escalating customer issues. Nor they ever want to share their higher up’s email/contact.
