I wanted to invest in mutual funds so I decided to use Fundsindia.com as they were sending me emails all the time.
The account opening was easy as they want a new customer but the problem started after my account was opened.
The customer service number and email addresses are useless. Nobody ever picks up the phone and you get answer to your email after you have already forgotten about it.
They usually intimate their customers about new ECS set up approved by bank and also about the upcoming SIPs but beware, they will forget that as well.
The product is good. The website, us use- ability features, information depth all are good but when you don’t provide customer service that match all these product features then the product becomes useless.
Avoid Fundsindia.com if you have better option.
