I had a plan of investing in SIP and I saw an add regarding the SIP of fundsindia.com and customer praising them. So I decided contact them. I had plan of investing amount of about 5000 per month.So I contacted them and an executive called, helped me to register and told me to invest only 1000 in an sip, and she promised that I will assigned a adviser, I will get calls from them build the investment portfolio. My first sip investment was 20/9/2017. Till date no such adviser called me. If login to fundsindia and we have a option request call back from the advisor, it says "i will get call back
’ immediately. I tried contacting them via chat support and the reply I got every-time was, adviser are busy with other customer, I will surely get call within 10 mins. then I tried calling then via customer support number, no response. The beauty here is my investment of SIP, only one SIP initial one is done, It was supposed to be every month, the SIP would have been deducted from my account. No one is taking care or guiding the customer.These people are only commission biased and they refer only the MF which they get highest brokerage. Please dont ever invest via fundindia. All the fake advertize they put . Fake company. worst
