Extremely poor customer service. They are unaware of their own services and had to get back to me multiple times and was very annoying.
When I requested them that I would like to see that there is no brokerage/commissions fee(If I am investing on MF) on the application form that I was about to sign, they said, its not possible. its only available on the website. Sloppy English. Couldn’t follow what they saying most of the time. Financial firms cannot exhibit such callousness and begs to be more responsible and attentive.
I wouldn’t trust my money with them
