Horrendous company, awful customer support

I rented with furlenco for 1 month, due to COVID19 had to move to my hometown, informed the same to furlenco, I was advised that there is no contract as such, later at the time of cancellation they say I’m in a lock-in period of 3 month, I call the cst care, they say we will listen to the recording of the call where I was advised there is no contract. Since then it’s been a month and no further update was given on it, as I had asked for termination furlenco was supposed to pickup the furniture on 18 March , they failed to do the pickup and then rescheduled, but later due to country lockdown they couldn’t do it, now I am receiving calls from Furlenco asking me to pay for April too as they didn’t pickup the furniture, which clearly is not my fault when the services were already terminated. More over they also adjusted the deposit refused to give it. And now everyday I’m receiving 2-3 emails , 2-3 SMS’s and calls asking for money, and threatening to send some guys for collection.


My advice do not do business with such a shady company. I regret big time availing services from them, they only want money they don’t care about what they promised or what they were supposed to deliver.
