If you’re reading this message after your purchase, you can use the furniture and then stop their subscription and purchase your own furniture instead of using furlenco.

Furlenco started out to solve a great problem statement. However in the past 5 years they have lost interest in the business it seems.
Firstly they do not have furniture options 99% of the time.
Then if any of the furniture have a functional / structurally problem, trust me all their furniture is very cheap quality and they will 100% breakdown before your subscription ends. Their service is so pathetic, you won’t be able to get a replacement at all.
They will charge you unnecessary for no reason. They service team will never come on time to take the product back and deliver correct product.
You will have to chase their customer support team for days to get a simple issue sorted. Multiple endless follow up from customer point.
If you’re okay with all the pain above then you can use their service.
If you can put upfront money, then I suggest go for purchase of furniture.
