Pathetic Handling when you choose to End their Subscription .
When i first subscribed to their service they offered good service and offers.
Due to space congestion we decided to End Subscription.
The pickup date was scheduled as 8th April. But due to country lockdown furniture was not picked up. Now Furlenco is asking to pay for the period after Subscription End aswellas they are unable to pickup the furniture due to lockdown.
Daily multiple auto generated emails, messages and calls received for payment request. Very unfair and ignorant way of handling customer by Furlenco. Should be reported to Consumer Forum for cus tomer harrassment. With this experience i would advise people to avoid any business with Furlenco.
