PATHETIC CUSTOMER CARE - BEING HARASSED

Furlenco has successfully FRUSTRATED me enough to motivate me to write my first review on a portal like this.

  1. I CANCELLED the order right on Day 1 of Delivery as the furniture had a big crack.

  2. After MULTIPLE CALLS and EMAILS - I was confirmed that I will get FULL REFUND which was in thousands.

  3. PICKUP DELAYED for 2.5 months - due to lockdown - understood.

  4. HARASSED AND BOMBARDED BY MULTIPLE CALLS, SMS, EMAILS, APP REMINDERS for RENT PAYMENTS for this CANCELLED ORDER - EVERY DAY

  5. MULTIPLE CALLS AND EMAILS AGAIN. NO RESOLUTION.

  6. NO PICK UP DATE

  7. THEY SAY RENT WILL BE WAIVED OFF - THEY DONT STOP THE REMINDERS
