A CASE OF FRAUD, MISCONDUCT AND HARASSMENT

My name is Srijan Nagar. My customer ID is FUR14731758081. I started using Furlenco in September 2016.


Background


I started using Furlenco in September 2016. Initially I took a package worth 14450/- which consisted of 3 bed-study table combos, 1 bed, 1 appliance combo. In the first month itself, one of the bed-combos of cost 2250 was transferred to a friend of mine. Even after the transfer, my invoices were always showing 14450 instead of 12200. I wrote several clarification emails to multiple customer executives, trying calling their customer care number but no one cared to respond. They kept on sending the wrong invoices and I didn’t pay because there was no option of altering the amount. I talked to some of customer execs named Laxmi, Vinod, Puja, Praveen Raj etc to clarify this but somehow they all were so ignorant that this issue always kept coming up.


After that I asked for a pickup of all my Furlenco items. Upon pickup request, they convinced me to keep the TV-Fridge-Washing Machine Combo by giving me 33% discount for the next 3 months. This was confirmed by Puja from Furlenco team in April 2017. At the time of partial pickup, I cleared everything that I owed hoping for a fresh start.


Starting May 2017, the same thing happened again. Their internal accounting is so messed up that it didn’t correct and they kept sending me incorrect invoices and still adding that 2250/- of the bed which I never rented.


I even raised a complaint about this issue, gave my alternate contact numbers to them in May 2017 Reference No. 261237 but no one reached out again. This was the point where I stopped caring. I couldn’t just follow up on the same thing without any resolution.


Most recently the legal/collections team reached out saying I owe a huge sum of money which is again a bizarre amount. I have asked them about the details and breakup of amount but they did not come back. I even requested a complete pickup but they did not reply. This is a clear example of company fraud and will be reported to Consumer court for which the process I have already instantiated.


Please take your furniture back. I do not want to be associated with a pathetic company like this.
