This review is based on our experience over the last five years. We have been using their products because of their good quality and design. They definitely have better product quality and modern designs than other rental players in the Indian market. We didnt mind paying a little extra for that. But when it came to managing customer service/ issues/ change requests they are one of the worst, completely untrained and incapable. Even for simple requests/issues, every time we had to chase them for weeks and sometimes months(through multiple emails/ calls to different people). There is no coordination between the customer service team in Bangalore and the on-ground teams in various towns/ cities. Most of the time team was clueless about the issue or the next steps. There is no integrated system to track and log issues/ events, so every call is a new start. Through emails, you will rarely get a reply. And add to that the average wait time for their customer care number is around 8-10 mins. Even while returning the products, it took us more than a month after daily follow-ups. We had faced around 5-6 such incidents(every time it was just hell). In hindsight, so much frustration and harassment was not worth we should have discontinued the services long ago.
