I bought a sofa from them last year on Dashara sale in BTM Layout branch, thats my life time mistake. I paid 20500 Rs for an art leather sofa. They basically do black business, they will not give you receipt / warrenty in writing. They accept only cash or self cheque.
The sofa that was delivered at our house was the one we chose at the showroom ONLY in shape and size. The quality was utter poor. We will sink into the sofa after 10 mins and after 30 mins we will get back ache. I complained several times after delivery, visited several times their showroom in BTM Layout, but all in vain. They will write down some complain and will tell someone will attend to your shortly but no one will never turn up. After following up with them for almost an year I finally decided to give up.
I recommend people not to do business with these guys ever. These guys are totally unethical and they are doing illegal business cheating government on tax and people on their hard earned money.
