Recently we bought Sofa Sets from a Furniture shop name " ARMAAN’S’ at Basaswadi, Outer Ring Road, PVC House with much hopes as we were moving to a new house.
The manager name Fazan looked very affable and courteous initially till we paid the advance amount. He committed a delivery of 1 week but when it came to delivery it took a total of 4 weeks with some excuse. The product was delivered at our doorstep without full fitting.
Also he didn’t give a proper Invoice copy(Totally fooling the INCOME TAX) dept. He said he will come back soon which he actually never come back.
So request everyone to keep away from all these furniture shops.they are crooks.trying to fool customer and Income Tax.
Hard FACTS.
Everyone will say they manufacture in their own factory but actually its manufactured by a 3rd party which has also their own shop
They say 5 Yr warranty.forget they will not support you from day one after delivery
Ask for printed Bill copy as they give you a simple written invoice without proper Bill.
Other may be good but please avoid "ARMAAN" furnitures and specially this crook sales manager FAZAAN.
