I got my home furniture made by them, there were major issues:
Finishing is very bad
small things started to broke from day 1
I paid extra money for better ply but at most places they used low quality ply
laminate started to come out within 1 week
they offer 10 years warranty on everything, but took one month for repair guy to come to my place and then too he didn’t finish all his work.
It was discussed at the time of placing order that about 5k INR will be paid after furniture gets delivered to my home, seller denied to do so after getting half payment.
They don’t even know to take measurement, made one almirah bigger size and had to break my wall to fit it in, also bed got made with incorrect size.
They only run behind your money, do not buy even if they sell you the cheapest.
