FUTURE CHOICE HOSPITALITY INDIA LIMITED has been an incredibly disappointing experience. They sell travel and hotel booking packages but are entirely unprofessional, with inexperienced staff who lack even the basics of customer service. I would strongly advise against buying any package from them; it’s far better to handle your own hotel arrangements. Despite providing travel details well in advance, they consistently book the worst hotels in each location, even when better options are available nearby, claiming, ’those hotels are not our partners.’
Their customer service is shockingly rude and dismissive. Executives take no accountability, making statements like, ’I am not answerable to you; you’re not paying me, ’ or brushing off concerns with responses like, ’What’s the problem? These hotels are very good.’ If accommodations are far from key locations, such as 5 km from the beach, they dismiss it by saying, ’Your stay is for 2 days; it won’t matter.’ This company is simply not worth the money, time, or frustration. Avoid at all costs—booking directly will save you from unnecessary disappointment.
