PLEASE RESEARCH BEFORE PAYING THIS COMPANY! IT IS MOST LIKELY A FRAUD COMPANY.


Very unprofessional company. The vouchers offered during sales pitches are complete scam. There is a huge list of terms and conditions that is not written anywhere. It is completely upto there whims and fancies. One can understand that free vouchers are not supposed to be any good. They are just to get your attention.


I also became a member with them, thinking to give them a chance. But the experience was not any better.


There is no transparency in booking a property with them. There is no way to check what properties they can offer. Their app is not updated. It just exists for the sake of it, there is no functionality in it. All the dealings happen through their customer care email. When you query for a vacation they offer 1-2 properties and there is not much choice of rooms either. They offer very mediocre rooms and you can get a better deal if you call that hotel yourself and book your vacation.


The people sitting behind the email are not very skilled as well. They are least concerned in understanding your query/concern. Forget about solving them. You can not expect a relevant response from them.


The senior management is not any better. The sales team is skilled as they are the only ones getting the business and it seems the other departments there just to keep the things running somehow.


There is a clause in the membership which says you can cancel the membership within 7 days of purchase. They did not honour that clause and it took me 1 year to recover the money from them through countless emails and visits to multiple offices and talking to multiple people.


Mr.Dharmendra who is a senior leader in the company handles the customer care. We had a discussion one-on-one in which he agreed that if we take a vacation through them and are not satisfied he will cancel the membership and refund the remaining amount. As discussed I called him after the vacation(which was terrible) to cancel the membership and he started shouting over the call.


This is how the head of the customer service department talks to their customer. What can you expect out of the rest of team he is supposed to train?


If you are wondering, Mr. Dharmendra did not assist in anyway with the refund. Close to 300 emails and 6 visits to their office/sales pitching venue and 1 year, we were able to get back our refund.


The other alternatives was going to the court. I do not have expertise in that matter, nor did I wish to gain it. I have better things to do. I still find this was the easier path.
