I have Future Generalis B2B auto insurance policy(V4067881) for the last two years. Their policy was offered by the car dealership with whom they have a tie-up. The proof of the pudding lies in the eating, and for insurance t is when one has claims to settle. They are great as long as taking your money but when is time to provide service and help with a claim you they are the worst.
I gave them two opportunities to make good and both times, they failed miserably when it comes to customer satisfaction.simply put, they do not do what they say theyll do. Ive been left totally disgruntled and wouldnt ever opt for their policies.
They have a very tedious claim settlement process and their staff are not only rude but outright incompetent. Their office at Trivandrum looks like a junkyard. Ive had the misfortune of their bumper to bumper policy for the past 2 years and when I had a very minor accident, I spent 3 whole days running from pillar to post.
My advice & suggestion would be do not touch Future Generali even with a barge pole!
