I am owning a ulip plan of future generali life insurance policy no-00510567, I had called there customer care for premium redirection request they told you can do it by online request , login and placing request from future generali web site. I have executed my request of premium redirection online but even though I have not received this facility.
Then again I called there customer care this time they told you have to visit branch and fill the premium redirection form and submit there, I did that and then I called there customer care to confirm that is my premium redirection request has been executed or that, there customer care have told that it has been activated you when you will pay your premium it will go to your request fund. Then I paid my next premium and saw the premium dint went to my request fund. They are miscommunicater, false promiser, lack of product and process knowledge. Especially Ms. Swetha, Mr. Sailendra, Mr. Mithun.
