Hello guys I have been using future generali insurance for my car . I wanted to tell you guys the whole story. My previous insurance was with bharti axa. when I have purchased this insurance I told their executive that I didn’t remembered weather I have took claim or not on my pervious insurance. So check it by yourself, O the time of insurance he said ok you have to pay approx. 12000/- and your policy will be active. After sometime they send me the policy on my mail but I haven’t received it to my address that’s one issue too.
After six months of the period they currier me a note that, you have used claim on your pervious insurance and you have to pay 1800 by check . I paid the whole amount to them. In this period my car’s side mirrors have been stolen and they didn’t passed my claim because of this cover note thing which they given to me. according to there executive, that you will get new policy and the date of insurance will be counted on the same date when you paid that 1800 amount and you will get new policy too.
But it didn’t happened even I called several time but not a single respond. I buy new both side mirror by myself which costs me 10000. so guys before taking policy please verify all the things.
