My Personal experience don’t take any insurance from future generali as they insure your car but with absurd conditions. For instance if your car belongs to a specific brand and you have 10 service centers in town you cannot take it to any nearest service center. As Future Generali impose you strictly to take the Car only to the service center which provides them cheaper rates thought that specific service center is very far from your palce.
According to them they are liable only for that one Service center which provides them cheaper rates.If you take your car to some other service center they wil not pay the complete amount.So you can understand the pain of driving the car 20-30 kms away from your home despite you have one service center which is close by 2 kms.
Also they have list of things which is not Covered and this list comes as a surprise to you only when you actually require it.
So though they come to you with all lowest and cheapest plans please don’t ever fall prey.I strictly Say "NO" to this company. customtakeouter Care is more pathetic you call them multiple times and lodge a complaint .. your complaint will be immediately close without acknowledging it and they are not sorry for this behavior because this is the way they believe in working and earning money and staying in Market.
