I got cheated by taking my Car insurance with Future Generali. Ever if they mention its Bumper to Bumper insurance, there are lot of hidden charges waiting for you.
I contacted everyone from the customer care executive to Regional Claim manager to sort out my issue during the claim on policy number- V4357108- But every body just repeated the same story. The claim was for Rs 29000 and I finally paid Rs 5000 from my pocket even in the B2B policy.
I wonder what will be the case if the claim is for some big amount. It will be same like the comprehensive insurance. Mr. Sashidhar- sales head and Mr. Suhail - sales manager(Bangalore) are so irresponsible and they dont even care or value about the customer’s time and money, once if you are in their trap by taking the insurance from them.
